Audio/Visual Assistance
Smart Panel Instructions
To begin using the System:
- Press the ON button
- Let the projector warm up, then it will display an image
- Computer is the Default Source
To turn the System off:
- Push the OFF button
- System will not be able to turn ON for another 60 seconds after OFF is pressed.
To raise the Volume:
- Press until the level is comfortable.
To use your laptop:
- Press the button labeled LAPTOP
- Make sure your laptop is set to the proper display output
To play DVD or Video Tape:
- Press the button labeled DVD/VCR
- Press the on the remote in the panel. The buttons on the right work like handheld remote control.
To lower the Volume:
- Press until the level is comfortable.

While on a call, press the Conf softkey (you might need to press the More softkey first, if Conf is not visible).

The call is placed on hold, and you receive a dial tone.

Dial the number of the third party in the conference.

Once the call is established, press the Conf softkey again to activate the conference.

Select the receiving party from the list (listed next to a ringing bell)
