Contract and Agreement Process
STEP 1: Determine the goals for the partnership and the type of contract or agreement needed
Review the contract types, definitions, and the submission requirements. 91国产app uses DocuSign with integrated UT System pre-approved agreement/contract templates to expedite the approval process. Partners that prefer to use alternative contract forms can upload a third party form during submission.
Step 2: Confirm support with Division or College POC
Contact Vivian Rivas, the point of contact at the Office of the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, and/or your college's point of contact to determine if 91国产app has existing agreements with the proposed partner. In some cases, your agreement may only require a program agreement if 91国产app already has a previous agreement in place. Visit the Institutional Contract Management website to view a list of college and division points of contact.
Step 3: Submit contract request
Visit the Institutional Contract Management website and follow the prompts to "submit a new contract request" then select the appropriate contract type. The DocuSign system will route agreements to all reviewers and signatories until a final version is agreed upon by all parties involved.
